Foods distributes a full-line of imported
and better-quality domestic food items.
Chex represents several hundred suppliers
that range from local, family-owned businesses
to large multinational corporations. In
addition, Chex Finer Foods is an active
importer of specialty food products from
North America, Europe, and continues to
seek other opportunities to develop partnership
opportunities with suppliers around the
globe.
Each supplier has different goals and
objectives and we believe in working with
our vendors to maximize our collective
growth and long term opportunities for
the benefit of our retail customer base.
We work closely with our vendors to develop
a strong working relationship where we
are able to assist one another in developing
the products for the customers that we
serve.
In working with our suppliers to provide
our customers with valuable marketing support
we explore programs including: quarterly
promotions, EDLP support, scan downs, co-op
advertising , end cap support, demos, sampling,
pre-sells, shipper displays, and special
opportunity for off-shelf display and case
stack programs. Whatever the case, we strive
to “make it happen” and “do
what is best for the item.”
