As we continue with our "People of Chex" series we introduce you to our CEO, Jeremy Isenberg! While Jeremy has officially been with Chex for 24 years, his connection to the business spans nearly a lifetime, having grown up learning the industry firsthand. Let's learn a little more about Jeremy:

What is your favorite part about working for Chex?

My favorite part about working for Chex is helping our customers and vendor partners accomplish more than they thought possible. Whether it's helping a customer grow their business, introducing a vendor to new opportunities, or finding creative solutions to challenges, I enjoy being part of their success. Chex has always been built on strong relationships, and it's rewarding to work alongside people who trust us to help them achieve their goals. Seeing our customers and vendors thrive and knowing we played a role in that success is what makes the work so meaningful.

What's one of the biggest lessons you've learned while working at Chex?

Where do I begin??? I try to lead with kindness, be thoughtful in my decisions, and always be responsive to the people around me. I've always believed in doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, and taking that extra step to make things easier for others. In my experience, when you treat people well, work hard, and genuinely help where you can, it has a way of coming back to you.

What is your favorite product Chex carries?

Oh man...do I have to choose one? "Liquid Gold" - our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Portfolio is my favorite. I rotate through, but I love my olio nuovo (first harvest of the year)!

What is one professional achievement you are most proud of?

Building the great team we have today is the professional achievement I'm most proud of. Success is never the result of one person—it comes from bringing together talented people who share the same values and commitment to serving our customers. Watching our team grow, collaborate, and support one another over the years has been incredibly rewarding.

I still keep my grandfather's sample case in my office as a reminder of where we came from!
