What makes Chex so special? The people of course! Our newest series "People of Chex" introduces some of the many wonderful members of the Chex Family. We are so proud of all that they have accomplished and the ways in which they bring our Chex values to life!

Today, we introduce you to Jillian Rebello, Senior Marketing Manager. Jillian has been with Chex for 11 years, and has learned quite a bit in that time. Let's find out a bit more about Jillian:

What is your favorite part about working for Chex?

I love helping to bring specialty foods to life every day at Chex. Putting together meaningful programs that help drive sales for our retailers and suppliers is very rewarding- it allows me to bring together my creativity with my understanding of the business and do something a little different each day.

What is your favorite product Chex carries?

Rustic Bakery Shortbread Cookies!

What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of?

In 2022 I was awarded the Chex Shared Values award - being nominated by my colleagues alongside some amazing humans was truly an honor and something I am super proud of.

How do you like to start your workday?

I like to start my day with the biggest or most challenging task of the day and save emails for later. This helps me start (and end!) the day feeling productive and accomplished.

What’s one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned while working at Chex?

There are very few issues that can't be worked through with solid communication and creative problem solving.
