As we continue with our "People of Chex" series we introduce you to Meredith Feldman. Meredith has been with Chex for almost a year and is a key part in ensuring our sales team is successful! Let's learn a little more about Meredith:

What is your favorite part about working for Chex?
My favorite part about working at Chex is the people I work with- there is a great sense of teamwork here. People really pitch in and help each other out!
What is your favorite product Chex carries?
It is a toss up with the Haribo Gummy Bears and Walker Shortbread cookies.
What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of?
Since joining the sales team, I’ve experienced a learning curve, but I’ve adapted quickly and now feel like an integral part of the group. While there have been adjustments along the way, I’ve embraced the challenges and contributed to the team’s success!
How do you like to start your workday?
I start by checking my email then diving into my to do list.
What’s one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned while working at Chex?
I didn't realize how early retailers have to plan what they will be ordering for the holidays! We are always planning for programs months in advance and there is so much that goes into making sure customers receive their orders on time.
Congratulations Meredith on the first year. The Haribo Gummy Bears versus Walker Shortbread dilemma is the only correct answer to that question, and the teamwork point is more telling than it sounds, since sales support usually only gets noticed when something breaks. Starting the day with email before the to do list is a discipline I have never managed. Totally unrelated, my flatmate is obsessed with How to date a Sleep Paralysis Demon.
I was a hygienist interested in expanding my role in sleep health. In the middle of my research, https://www.badsm.org.uk/ became the resource that stood out. The British Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine provides accessible training and resources for the entire dental team on treating sleep-disordered breathing. Many allied professionals said the academy helped them contribute more meaningfully to patient care in this important area.
My younger brother recommended eggy car, and we ended up comparing high scores all weekend. It's easy to start another attempt.
